Your Role: As a part-time Shoe Retail Associate, you will: Greet every customer with warmth and attentiveness, providing personalized service. Engage customers about the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and assist with their enrollment. Answer product questions and efficiently process transactions for in-store sales or online orders. Maintain a neat, clean, and inviting shopping environment, ensuring the store is well-organized. Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring items are easily accessible for customers. Utilize in-store technology to assist customers and streamline fulfillment processes. Participate in team meetings and training sessions, embodying our values of teamwork and inclusion. What We’re Looking For: Availability to align with the needs of our business. Friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus. A proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable using technology for customer engagement (Register, iPhone, Calculator). Ability to stand or walk throughout your shift and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
