You will also be responsible for performing 'Key Carrier' duties, which may include opening and closing responsibilities and ensuring store safety during management absence. Key Responsibilities: Print Services Management: Support the efficient operation of the Print Services area, driving overall store sales while ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer orders. Assist associates in effectively using equipment to maintain quality production. Utilize communication tools to coordinate services and enhance customer experiences.

Operational Excellence: Accurately process merchandise while adhering to visual merchandising standards and company procedures. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies.

Client Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction by coaching associates and improving the overall shopping experience. Participate in community outreach initiatives to foster customer loyalty. Continually develop selling skills and product knowledge.

Key Carrier Duties: Ensure the safety and security of the store and associates when the management team is absent. Assist in store opening and closing procedures and loss prevention compliance.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent education preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on sales and customer service.
