As a Part-Time Retail Team Supervisor, you will showcase your passion for our brand and the diverse array of products we offer. You will employ our proven sales principles to engage with customers proactively, boost overall sales, and accurately assess customer requirements to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a vibrant sales culture, enhancing our visual and merchandising standards while prioritizing exceptional client satisfaction. Additionally, you will take on the role of a 'Key Carrier,' occasionally executing Leader on Duty functions. You will also be responsible for performing External Key Carrier duties, including opening and closing the store during scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operations in the Print Services area while driving overall store sales.
Use and assist team members with all equipment in the Print Services area to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Utilize communication tools effectively to coordinate services for customers throughout the store.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and visual merchandising standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
Support compliance with company policies and assist in loss prevention efforts.
Contribute to increased sales and profitability through initiatives aimed at conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction.
Client Engagement: Enhance client satisfaction levels by coaching team members to improve customer experiences.
Support community outreach programs to foster customer loyalty.
Continuously refine your personal selling skills and product knowledge using provided sales and service tools.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure the safety and security of the store and associates in the absence of management.
Collaborate with team members to maintain regular loss prevention compliance.
Execute opening and closing responsibilities, including store alarm procedures and cash handling.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology for job completion.
Preferred experience in customer service and print services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish selling relationships with customers.
Adaptability to a changing environment.
Ability to assist others in a professional setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adept at using technology significant to the role and accessing necessary information.
Ability to process information/merchandise through the POS register system accurately.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality production in the Print Services area.
Possess a positive attitude, professionalism, and integrity.
Demonstrate a strong desire to develop personal selling skills and product knowledge continuously.
