You will assist with freight and logistics while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Additionally, you will serve as a part-time 'Key Carrier' and perform Leader on Duty responsibilities as needed, including opening and closing duties. Key Responsibilities: Print Sales and Services: Drive efficient operation in the Print function to boost overall store sales. Assist associates with all equipment in the Print Services area to ensure timely and correct order completion. Utilize communication tools effectively to coordinate service for customers throughout the store.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to visual merchandising standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement plans to reduce waste. Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to loss prevention efforts. Help increase sales and profitability through effective customer engagement strategies.
Client Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction by coaching and training associates. Support community outreach initiatives to retain customers. Continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through training resources.
Key Carrier and Leader on Duty Responsibilities: Maintain safety and security for the building and associates in the absence of management. Ensure compliance with loss prevention procedures. Manage opening or closing responsibilities, including alarm system activation/deactivation. Review cash handling and related audits as needed.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Sales and customer service experience is a plus. Basic computer skills and the ability to use technology effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and assist others professionally. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality production in the Print Services area.
