About the Role As a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while engaging with customers and promoting an inviting shopping experience. Your focus will be on operational efficiency and delivering speedy service transactions that enhance the overall customer journey. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries. Efficiently operate the cash register, scanning items and handling various payment methods. Deliver friendly, fast, and courteous service while adhering to company standards. Meet or exceed personal goals for credit sign-ups and loyalty program enrollments. Support accurate inventory management by completing point of sale procedures and merchandise returns correctly. Help train new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring they understand point of sale processes and available resources. Participate in daily operations such as balancing registers, managing change orders, and replenishing supplies. What We Expect From You Act with integrity and foster a collaborative team environment. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. No retail experience required; we provide training! Aged 16 years or older. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
