About the Role As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will provide outstanding customer service while efficiently managing point of sale transactions. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and assist them with selecting products and services. Operate the cash register, scanning items and processing various payment methods accurately. Work towards achieving individual goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Ensure inventory accuracy by following proper merchandise handling and point of sale practices. Assist in training new hires by sharing best practices and promoting Kohl's standards. Participate in daily operational tasks, such as register balancing and supply replenishment.
