About the Role In this role, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and efficient operations while creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. What You Will Do: Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services. Operate the cash register, efficiently scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing different payment methods. Commit to high standards of customer service in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring fast and friendly transactions. Aim to meet or exceed personal sales goals, such as credit and loyalty program enrollments. Support inventory management by accurately completing all point of sale and merchandise processes. Help train new team members by sharing best practices and effective point of sale procedures that align with company standards. Participate in daily operations, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. As a team member, you will: Act with integrity and foster teamwork in a positive and inclusive environment. Make informed decisions and seek assistance when necessary. Anticipate customer needs and promptly resolve any issues. Manage multiple tasks effectively within set timeframes. Adhere to company policies and safety standards to ensure a safe shopping environment. Respond positively to guidance from supervisors and strive for continuous improvement. What You Bring: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. No prior retail experience required; all enthusiastic applicants are welcome! Must be 16 years of age or older. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
