Your Role and Responsibilities: Wow the Customer: Provide exceptional customer service to salon professionals. Deliver Results: Promote and sell top beauty brands, inform customers about sales events, manage merchandise, and ensure store cleanliness. Be an Expert: Acquire in-depth product knowledge and share the latest beauty trends with customers. Collaborate: Work successfully in a team environment to achieve shared goals. Grow and Develop: Commit to excellence with endless opportunities for personal and professional growth. Act with Integrity: Always maintain honesty and transparency! Requirements: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Preferred retail or related experience. Basic reading and math skills. Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus. Must have weekend availability as required. At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk throughout the store during your scheduled shift.
