Your Role and Responsibilities: Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Consistently provide amazing service to our salon professional customers. Achieve Sales Results: Promote and sell premium beauty brands while educating customers about our latest promotions and products. Become a Product Expert: Cultivate your product knowledge to share the latest trends in beauty. Collaborate Effectively: Work positively within a team environment to meet collective goals. Requirements: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous retail or relevant experience is highly preferred. Basic reading and math skills are necessary. Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems is a plus; SAP experience is preferred. Availability to work weekends as required. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Capability to stand and move around the store during the scheduled shift. Salary Range: From $15.60 to $17.60
