Key Responsibilities: Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to Salon professionals. Achieve Sales Goals: Promote premium beauty brands and inform customers about promotions and sales; handle merchandise processing; maintain store appearance. Become an Expert: Absorb essential product knowledge and share exciting trends in the beauty industry. Collaborate: Foster a positive team environment to achieve store objectives. Commit to Growth: Dedicate yourself to personal and professional excellence. Act with Integrity: Always uphold the highest standards in your work. Qualifications: Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Retail experience is a plus. Basic math and reading skills. Comfortable using computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is preferred. Availability to work weekends as required. Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to stand and move around the store during your shift.
