Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to salon professionals and keep them coming back! Achieve Sales Goals: Promote and sell professional beauty brands while keeping customers informed about offers and events; maintain store appearance; and handle transactions efficiently. Become an Expert: Acquire and share in-depth product knowledge and the latest beauty industry trends with our customers. Maintain Integrity: Always act with integrity and professionalism. Essential Requirements: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous retail or related experience is highly preferred. Basic math and reading skills are required. Experience with point of sale systems; SAP knowledge is a plus! Weekend availability is mandatory as per guidelines. Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
