Your Role and Responsibilities: Deliver Amazing Customer Experiences: Provide exceptional service to salon professionals. Achieve Sales Goals: Promote and sell high-quality beauty brands, educate customers about promotions, and manage merchandise. Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in retail or a related field is preferred. Basic reading and math skills are necessary. Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus. Willingness to work weekends as needed. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent GED. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Capability to stand and walk throughout the store during your shift.
