Your Role Includes: Fostering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide outstanding service to Salon professionals consistently. Achieving Sales Goals: Educate customers on promotions and products, manage stock, and maintain store appearance. Being an Industry Expert: Acquire knowledge of products and share the latest trends with customers. Collaborating for Success: Work positively with team members to achieve common goals. Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Previous retail experience is highly preferred. Basic reading and math skills. Experience using a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience is a plus. Availability to work weekends as required. Must be 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and remain active throughout your shift. Salary Range: From $15.60 to $17.60.
