Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $20.00 | Year 3 - $20.50 | Year 4 - $20.50 | Year 5 - $21.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with your supervisor. Maintain the confidentiality of documents and data. Perform other assigned duties to support overall operations. Cashier Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience. Provide valuable feedback on inventory and product issues to management. Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses. Stocker Responsibilities: Stock shelves and ensure fresh products are available by rotating inventory. Follow merchandising planograms for visually appealing displays. Organize new inventory and safely break down empty boxes. Operate machinery following safety procedures. Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the store. Ability to lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Able to uphold cleanliness standards in the store. Strong communication skills and an ability to follow company guidelines. Experience working independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective time management skills. Knowledge about our products and services. Cashier applicants must efficiently operate cash registers. Compliance with local alcohol sales regulations for cashiers. Stockers should be available for morning shifts, starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in retail is a plus.
