Position Details: Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with your leader. Ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and data. Perform duties as a Cashier, Stock Clerk, or Retail Associate as assigned. Role-Specific Duties: Cashier: Process customer transactions and maintain cleanliness in the store. Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs. Give feedback to management on product availability and inventory accuracy. Stock Clerk: Restock shelves and organize merchandise efficiently. Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays. Manage new inventory and ensure proper rotation of products. Retail Associate: Assist with curbside shopping orders and perform both cashier and stocking duties. Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk. Ability to lift merchandise up to 45 pounds and place it on shelves at varying heights. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain cleanliness to company standards. Excellent verbal communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of company products and ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
