As a Part-Time Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, helping fellow fans access the merchandise they adore. What You'll Do: Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Your expertise in products and stellar customer service will be your superpower. Step up to lead on the sales floor when needed, providing support to the management team. Handle store operations by opening and closing the store as required, ensuring everything is ready for business. Process transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom knowledge to maximize sales, including supporting BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and monitor store sales plans and key performance indicators like UPT and ADT. Assist with visual merchandising and planogram changes to create an appealing shopping environment. Share insights about music and fashion trends with management and partners. Help maintain a theft-free store by collaborating with management on loss prevention strategies. Support the organization of the stock room and keep the sales floor tidy. Foster a collaborative and passionate team culture that promotes growth and success. Engage in additional responsibilities as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you have a love for music and pop culture, you’ll fit right in! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and team development. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
