Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual who will provide exceptional service to our clients and assume managerial responsibilities when needed. As a key member of our team, you will maintain operational efficiency, address client service issues, and support the Store Manager with various tasks. Key Responsibilities: Exemplify our values through your conduct. Ensure compliance with all ANN INC. practices and procedures. Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Store Manager or Co-Manager. Sales Responsibilities: As a Sales Lead, you will enhance the client experience while assisting Store Management with operational tasks: Support the business strategy and make adjustments to achieve goals. Drive revenue by managing the client experience effectively. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management. Foster a client-focused team environment using available tools. Motivate associates by communicating store metrics and individual performance. Coach associates on client interactions to maximize productivity. Manage store opening and closing procedures when needed. Utilize sales reports to make effective merchandising decisions. Drive operational excellence through adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Schedule employee shifts to ensure optimal coverage. Complete daily tasks to maintain store standards. Present a polished image in line with brand guidelines. Treat all associates and clients with fairness and respect. Position Requirements: Strong focus on client service while managing essential tasks. Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate within store operations. Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and execution. Accuracy in cash handling and transaction documentation. Effective communication skills with clients and team members. Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends. Capability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of six months experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar retail role. Previous experience in a part-time or full-time managerial capacity preferred.
