We are seeking passionate music and pop culture enthusiasts who are eager to provide our customers with an unforgettable shopping experience. In this role, you will assist the store leadership team in enhancing customer satisfaction, training new team members, and supporting daily operations to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that keeps customers coming back by utilizing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Provide leadership on the sales floor during the manager's absence. Open and close the store as necessary. Manage the register, process transactions efficiently, and maximize add-on sales through options like BOPIS and curbside pickup, while communicating any discrepancies to the Store Manager. Understand and contribute to the store sales plan, comp sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPT and ADT. Assist in executing planogram changes, including store layout, merchandising displays, and product selection. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and headquarters teams. Help prevent theft and maintain store security in partnership with Store Management. Keep the stock room organized and the sales floor tidy, supporting stock operations when necessary. Cultivate and retain a collaborative and enthusiastic team to help manage the store. Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a strong plus! Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills, along with a passion for developing your teammates. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Able to navigate the retail environment, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
