What You'll Do Deliver a captivating shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through your product knowledge and outstanding service skills. Support store operations and assist leadership as needed to ensure smooth daily functioning. Responsible for opening and closing the store, always adhering to security protocols. Manage the register, process sales, and promote convenient options like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Stay informed about sales targets and KPIs, contributing actively to their achievement. Assist in implementing store layout enhancements, including merchandising and planogram changes. Share insights on music and fashion trends with management and headquarters partners. Work collaboratively with store management to deter theft and secure store property. Keep stock rooms organized and maintain the tidiness of the sales floor. Encourage team development and promote a cooperative store environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; a passion for music and pop culture is highly desirable. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. A high school diploma or GED. Physical ability to navigate the store efficiently, handle merchandise, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
