As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, youll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensure fans can get the merch they love, train new recruits, and support daily operations and sales targets. What You'll Do Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service. Step in and provide leadership on the sales floor when needed. Open and close the store as required. Operate the register, process transactions, drive add-on sales, and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager. Understand the store sales plan, goals, and KPIs (UPT and ADT). Assist with planogram changes, store map, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mix. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry. Maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness. Develop and retain a collaborative, passionate team. Perform other activities as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail store experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, operational skills, and a drive to develop teammates. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
