As a part of the management team, you'll support the Store Manager in meeting sales objectives, enhancing customer engagement, and developing a passionate team. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales goals and promoting comparable sales. Help recruit, develop, and maintain a collaborative and enthusiastic team. Create excitement and enhance customer interaction through the promotion of new products and services. Provide strong leadership to ensure smooth store operations while fostering a customer-first culture. Monitor inventory shrinkage, manage payroll hours, and oversee associate schedules. Communicate trends and customer feedback to retail leadership and partners. Analyze sales data to inform strategies for meeting sales targets. Effectively merchandise the store according to planograms and ensure timely promotion launches. Collaborate with the Store Manager to build a high-performing, customer-centric team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 1-2 years of retail management experience; a passion for music and pop culture is ideal! Proven experience in leading teams, with excellent skills in communication, recruitment, and team development. Strong time management, professionalism, and operational skills, along with a passion for team growth. A high school diploma or GED; further education is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced retail environment. Capability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
