Open and close the store as needed, taking on key responsibilities. Process transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom knowledge to boost additional sales and effectively close out the register. Understand and contribute to the store's sales objectives and key performance indicators. Assist with planogram changes to enhance product displays and organization. Communicate trends in fashion and music to management and HQ partners. Work with management to prevent theft and ensure a secure shopping environment. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
