As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you'll play an essential role in our leadership team, driving exceptional customer service and assisting fellow fans in finding the merchandise they adore. Your expertise and passion will also be key in training new team members and supporting daily operations to meet our sales goals. Your Responsibilities: Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that encourages customers to come back, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in and lead on the sales floor when your Manager needs assistance. Open and close the store as necessary, ensuring security and efficiency. Process sales transactions at the register and utilize your fandom expertise to drive additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and communicate store sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), including UPT and ADT. Assist in merchandising by managing planogram changes, store layout, and product displays. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and HQ partners. Help prevent theft by actively collaborating with management on loss prevention strategies. Maintain an organized stock room and a tidy store environment. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture within your store. Complete additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of retail experience—if you love music and pop culture, this is the place for you! Exceptional communication, time management, and operational skills, along with a passion for team development. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). The ability to navigate the store, manage merchandise using store equipment, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation).
