As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success by supporting the leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that fellow fans can access their favorite merchandise. You will leverage your fandom knowledge to train new team members and assist in daily operations to meet sales goals. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver an amazing shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Step in as a leader when needed, providing support to the sales floor when your manager is occupied. Take charge of store operations by opening and closing the store as required. Process transactions at the register while utilizing your fandom knowledge to enhance sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and contribute to store sales plans and key performance indicators. Assist with planogram changes including store layouts and merchandising. Communicate fashion trend insights to management and relevant heads at HQ. Work alongside management to prevent theft and ensure a secure shopping environment. Help maintain a well-organized stock room and keep the sales floor tidy. Contribute to building a passionate and collaborative team to drive store success. Perform additional tasks assigned by your store leader. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you are passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations, with a desire to develop others. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. The usual retail abilities (with or without reasonable accommodations): navigating the store, merchandising using store equipment, and handling merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds. Hourly pay ranges from $17.20 to $19.75. Please note that the pay range starts as indicated, but factors such as education, location, and relevant experience will influence the final salary for new hires.
