Help recruit and develop a collaborative, enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Drive in-store engagement and excitement through promotions, social media, and services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while offering a customer-first approach to selling. Monitor expenses such as shrink/loss prevention and payroll hours, ensuring effective scheduling. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and headquarters regarding customer feedback and trends. Analyze sales reports and use data-driven strategies to hit targets. Merchandise the store creatively and ensure timely launches of promotions. Collaborate with the Store Manager to build a team of motivated, customer-focused associates. What You'll Need: 1-2 years of retail management experience; a love for music and pop culture is a plus! Proven track record in leading teams and achieving results. Strong skills in communication, time management, and operations management. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a bonus! A flexible attitude to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment.
