As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring fans find the merchandise they adore. Your passion and knowledge will assist in training new team members and supporting daily operations to help meet sales goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver exceptional shopping experiences that leave customers eager to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service expertise. Step up as a leader on the sales floor, providing support whenever your Manager is unavailable. Take charge of store operations by opening and closing the store as needed. Operate the register, handling sales transactions and utilizing your fandom insight to boost add-on sales through options like BOPIS and curbside pickup. You'll also manage register closing and report any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Familiarize yourself with store sales objectives, including comparative sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist in executing planogram updates for store layout, merchandising, and product setup. Share your insights on fashion and music trends with management and relevant HQ teams. Collaborate with Store Management to implement theft prevention strategies and safeguard store assets. Contribute to maintaining a well-organized stockroom and ensure the sales floor remains tidy. Help foster a dynamic and passionate team environment, guiding your colleagues to success. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of retail experience. A love for music and pop culture is a plus! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operational efficiency, and team development. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to fulfill typical retail responsibilities, including navigating the store, merchandising products with store equipment, and handling boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation). Compensation ranges from $17 to $19.55 per hour. Please note that this range is a starting point; the final salary will depend on factors such as education, location, experience, and job qualifications.
