What You'll Do Provide an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers returning, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service expertise. Take initiative when called upon, effectively covering the sales floor and offering leadership support in the manager's absence. Responsible for store openings and closings, ensuring all procedures are followed and security is maintained. Handle sales transactions at the register, promoting add-on sales through your expertise while managing cash register operations and reporting any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand and work towards meeting the store’s sales plan and key performance indicators. Assist with visual merchandising, including planogram changes and fixture organization. Communicate industry trends and music insights to management and headquarters effectively. Collaborate with management to minimize theft and maintain a secure shopping environment. Contribute to maintaining an organized stockroom and a clean store environment. Foster a collaborative and driven team to help run the store successfully. Engage in other responsibilities as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need A minimum of 1 year of retail experience; a passion for music and pop culture is essential! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and team development. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
