RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee safe, age-appropriate care, aligned with National Patient Safety Goals Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams Foster teamwork, mentor staff, and promote unit excellence REQUIREMENTS: RN with Maryland license + CPR (BLS) certification Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred 5-7 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing, including management experience IDEAL CANDIDATE: Someone with great leadership skills, personable (must be able to speak to families and staff).
