Join our client's nursing staff as a Nurse Manager, LTC, and lead their dedicated teams on Floor 1 (42-bed subacute rehab) and Floor 2 (50-bed long-term/memory care). RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee safe, age-appropriate care, aligned with National Patient Safety Goals Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams Foster teamwork, mentor staff, and promote unit excellence

REQUIREMENTS: RN with Maryland license + CPR (BLS) certification Associates degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred 57 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing, including management experience
