Are you a compassionate nursing leader ready to shape exceptional care for our geriatric population? Join our client's nursing staff as a Nurse Manager, LTC and lead their dedicated teams on Floor 1 (42bed subacute rehab) and Floor 2 (50bed long-term/memory care).

RESPONSIBIITIES: Oversee safe, age-appropriate care, aligned with National Patient Safety Goals Directly supervise the Assistant Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams Foster teamwork, mentor staff, and promote unit excellence REQUIREMENTS: RN with Maryland license + CPR (BLS) certification Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN/national certification preferred 5-7 years in LTC or subacute rehab nursing, including management experience
