We are seeking a Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director to lead Riverside Animal Hospital, a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice serving the Upper West Side community.

Your Role as Managing Veterinarian:
Practice medicine your way while providing high-quality medical and surgical care Lead, mentor, and develop a team of veterinarians and support staff Partner on hospital operations, growth strategy, and culture Drive a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment
We Offer:
Base salary of $175,000–$200,000, plus production and leadership incentives, providing the opportunity for significantly higher total earnings Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and CE allowance 401(k) with employer match Leadership development and career growth support
Qualifications:
DVM or equivalent degree 3+ years of clinical experience; leadership experience preferred Licensure (or eligibility) to practice in New York Commitment to high standards of medicine, communication, and team leadership
