What You’ll Do Provide clinical oversight and guidance to a multidisciplinary care team Partner closely with site leadership to support day-to-day operations and patient care delivery Deliver direct patient care in a primary care setting Mentor and support providers, helping elevate clinical quality and best practices Contribute to improving workflows, patient outcomes, and overall clinic performance Ensure compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements Help foster an inclusive, patient-centered environment for diverse communities

What We’re Looking For Active New York State medical license (MD or DO) At least 1+ year of post-residency clinical experience in primary care Interest in stepping into a leadership or supervisory role Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations Experience in HIV/AIDS care or AAHIVS certification Background in reproductive health (including LARC such as IUD/Nexplanon) Exposure to transgender care, pediatrics, or chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, hypertension)
