You’ll work alongside a dedicated leadership team to support pediatric providers, strengthen care quality, and expand innovative approaches to accessible, patient-centered healthcare.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Help guide the clinical vision and day-to-day operations of pediatric services
Build strong relationships with providers through mentorship, coaching, and advocacy
Support a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration
Lead efforts that enhance quality outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, coordinated care
Play a key role in developing future clinicians through teaching and precepting
Contribute to recruitment strategies and foster a workplace where providers choose to stay and
grow
Bring forward new ideas that improve workflows, care delivery, and provider satisfaction
Requirements:
MD or DO with board certification (or eligibility) in Pediatrics
A passion for community health and health equity
Experience leading or mentoring clinical teams (formal or informal)Comfort navigating both clinical and operational responsibilities
A collaborative mindset and commitment to team-based care
