What We Seek We are on the lookout for independently licensed clinicians who are passionate about making a difference. Our ideal candidates will have: A willingness to take on 25+ sessions per week.
A flexible approach, ready to work with various demographics including couples and children.
A blend of autonomy and a collaborative team spirit.
Interest in taking on clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
A strong commitment to integrity and quality care.
Qualifications: An active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist license in Pennsylvania.
The ability to provide services in the state where you are licensed and reside.
Compensation and Benefits: Earn up to $101,700, dependent on your licensure level, session volume, and available bonuses. We Offer: Thriveworks handles the details, allowing you to focus on care. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy: A $7,500 ramp stipend for committing to 25+ clinical hours/week.
