What We’re Seeking
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who desire to make a meaningful difference in mental health. We are particularly interested in:
Clinicians willing to see 15-21 clients weekly.
Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our support.
Providers who value autonomy and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Individuals interested in taking on clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
A commitment to integrity, openness, and quality care.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist credentials in Massachusetts.
You must reside and hold your license in the state where you provide services.
Compensation:
Up to $66,500, based on your licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.
