What We Expect We are looking for independently licensed clinicians ready to make a meaningful impact in Colorado. Our ideal candidates: Are willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week Are skilled in general behavioral health and open to seeing couples and children Value both autonomy and teamwork Seek opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory roles Demonstrate strong integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care Requirements: Must hold an active and unrestricted LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist license in Colorado Must reside in and be licensed within the state of service Compensation: Earn up to $57,000 annually, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
