Competitively Rewarding Pay Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to 24% of Annual Salary Enjoy Free Meals Receive Paid Time Off Benefit from Paid Holidays Participate in our Employee Referral Program Explore Opportunities for Advancement Comprehensive Benefits Medical Insurance HSA Option Available Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) With Employer Match 100% match of first 3% contribution + 50% match of next 2% contribution Additional eligibility requirements may apply Duties and Responsibilities Complete all training requirements, including: Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan and Operations Excellence Capstone Class Food Safety Certification and Manager Certification Any additional training required by Zax LLC Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers great guest experiences Maintain proper staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and recognizing top talent Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support for team members while holding them accountable Create effective work schedules to enhance sales and manage labor costs Delegate shift assignments while communicating expectations clearly Uphold standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness Foster a positive workplace culture and high team morale Drive profitability by increasing sales, managing costs, and maintaining operational standards Build strong community relationships for improved sales Control costs and strive for improvements by maintaining compliance with Zaxbys guidelines Conduct performance reviews for crew members and assist with managerial reviews Comply with all relevant laws, guidelines, and policies Utilize management tools to maintain accurate records Review daily performance metrics and develop plans to enhance profitability and guest experiences Address and resolve guest and team member complaints promptly Demonstrate flexibility in duties as necessary for smooth operations Ensure safe practices are followed by the team Escalate concerns to supervisors when necessary Perform other responsibilities to support overall restaurant management Job Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation Open availability and ability to work at least 5 days and a minimum of 48 hours per week Flexible schedule availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays Successful completion of background checks and motor vehicle reports Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with others Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 3-5 years of management experience required Prior experience in restaurant management is preferred Capability Requirements Continuous sitting, standing, and walking Occasional bending, crouching, or climbing Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Frequent use of hands and wrists for gripping and fine manipulation Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing Ability to observe and respond to the environment Work in environments with temperature variations and potential food allergens Operate safely with kitchen equipment
