About the Role: As the General Manager of Restaurant Operations, you will lead an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering top-notch customer experiences. You will work a 50-hour week, receiving regular pay for 40 hours and time-and-a-half for 10 hours, allowing for a satisfying work-life balance. Your Responsibilities Include: Recruiting, onboarding, and conducting orientations for exceptional Team Members and Shift Leads, ensuring a strong and prepared workforce. Creating and executing a comprehensive training plan for Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers. Regularly recognizing and rewarding outstanding Team Member performance while promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging within the team. Resolving conflicts swiftly and maintaining a positive work environment. Engaging directly with customers to swiftly address and resolve any issues to ensure a delightful dining experience. Strategically scheduling staff to maximize customer service, coaching the management team on CHAMPS standards, and leading product rollout meetings for successful implementation. Analyzing the restaurant's performance metrics, managing the budget, and developing strategies to enhance profitability without compromising customer satisfaction. Monitoring competitor performance and striving to excel in all aspects, including digital presence and loyalty initiatives. Are You the Right Fit? 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience with a proven track record in effective people management. Demonstrated ability to enhance performance through P&L analysis. Competency with digital tools and technology platforms. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal abilities. Thorough understanding of restaurant maintenance and safety programs. Adept at recruiting exceptional talent and training employees of varying performance levels. Flexible and experienced in adapting to change and supporting organizational shifts.
