Ensure an exceptional guest experience at the restaurant. Optimize staffing by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and recognizing top talent. Provide ongoing training and development for team members while holding them accountable. Develop effective work schedules to drive sales and manage labor costs. Lead team assignments and communicate expectations clearly. Uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards. Cultivate a positive team culture through effective leadership and mentorship. Drive profitability by increasing sales, managing costs, and maintaining operational standards. Build community relationships to promote the restaurant. Monitor compliance with Zaxbys and legal regulations. Utilize management tools to keep accurate records. Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction. Address guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a flexible attitude toward job responsibilities. Ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Report any significant issues to your supervisor. Perform other duties that support the smooth operation of the restaurant. Qualifications: 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Open availability and ability to work at least 5 days and 48 hours weekly. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle report. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 3-5 years of management experience required; restaurant management is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing, including ladder use. Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. Proficient use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Communicate effectively in speech, reading, and writing. Maintain awareness of your surroundings and respond appropriately. Work comfortably in environments with temperature variations and food allergens. Safely operate restaurant equipment, such as knives and fryers.
