Ensure adherence to food safety certifications and additional training as required. Deliver outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high service standards. Manage staffing levels by hiring, training, and recognizing top performers. Provide mentoring, coaching, and accountability to team members for their performance. Create efficient work schedules to drive sales while controlling labor costs. Plan and delegate shift assignments effectively, communicating expectations clearly. Uphold cleanliness and quality standards consistently. Foster a positive and motivating work culture as a model leader. Drive profitability through effective sales and cost management strategies. Build community relationships to enhance sales opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement. Address guest and team member complaints with professionalism. Encourage safe working practices and adherence to safety guidelines. Perform additional duties to ensure seamless restaurant operations. Qualifications: Must be 21 years or older. Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required. Availability for a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum of 5 days, 48 hours weekly. Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle report. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to engage with others effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 3-5 years of management experience essential; restaurant management preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously. Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Continuous hand and wrist movement for tasks. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings and respond effectively. Work environment may include exposure to varying temperatures and food allergens. Familiarity with using restaurant equipment safely.
