In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting talent, and nurturing team development. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist your Store Manager in reaching sales plans and goals, understanding that profitability is key. Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and enthusiastic team to operate the store effectively. Be the ultimate ambassador for our store—engage customers and create excitement about new products through social media and additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide leadership in maintaining an efficiently run business, balancing operational management with a focus on customer service. Monitor inventory loss, payroll management, and team schedules to ensure the store operates smoothly. Communicate openly with retail leadership and HQ partners to share customer feedback and market trends. Analyze sales reports and data to shape strategies that meet sales goals. Merchandise the store attractively, following planograms and ensuring promotions are launched punctually. In partnership with your Store Manager, develop a team of high-performing associates committed to customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 1-2 years of experience in retail management, particularly if you have a passion for philanthropy and pop culture. Proven leadership skills with experience guiding teams towards success, including communication, recruiting, operational management, and developing team members. Strong skills in communication, time management, and professionalism, with a dedication to nurturing talent. Must be at least 18 years of age to join our cause. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, while a college degree is a plus. Adaptability is crucial—retail is ever-evolving, and you thrive when facing new challenges. Ability to navigate the store, utilize merchandising tools, and physically handle merchandise, including boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
