We are excited to announce we are looking for a Full-Time Retail Assistant Leader to help guide the most vibrant store in the mall. In this role, you'll support the Store Manager in achieving our sales goals, while focusing on team development and customer connection. If you are ready to be a hero in our retail adventure, we want to hear from you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Store Manager in executing the sales plan and achieving comp sales targets. Your drive for results matters! Play a vital role in recruiting, developing, and maintaining a collaborative and passionate team. Be the ultimate store advocate - create excitement and engagement through product promotions, social media presence, and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Lead with a strong operational focus; combine effective delegation with customer-first selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, manage payroll hours, and maintain associate schedules. Communicate trends and customer feedback effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners. Utilize sales reports and data analysis to formulate strategies to meet targets. Ensure effective merchandising of the store, implementing planograms and timely promotional launches. In collaboration with your Store Manager, cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused team. QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of retail store management experience, particularly if you have a passion for music and pop culture. Proven track record of leading teams to success, with strong skills in communication, recruiting, operations (including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising), and team development. Organized and professional, possessing exceptional time management and operational skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a degree is a plus. Adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment; you thrive on meeting challenges head-on. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and manage inventory, including boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Salary: $21.65 - $26 per hour Please note that while the pay range for this position starts as shown, final salary will be adjusted based on education, location, relevant experience, and meeting minimum job requirements.
