Coordinate logistics for catering, accommodations, and special requests for executives and visitors. Organize and support internal and external events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate gatherings. Support cross-functional projects across departments, including but not limited to office operations, marketing, and investor relations. Assist with document management and reporting. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth operations through proactive problem-solving. Salary: $75,000-95,0000 Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
