You will engage in training that covers essential operations, management techniques, and our CVS/pharmacy culture, with a clear path to promotion upon successful completion. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our store management team in executing store operations effectively while enriching the customer experience at CVS/pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with store management and crew members to ensure seamless operations. Guide and supervise the store crew by assigning and directing daily activities. Communicate essential information clearly to management and store teams. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues. Champion CVS's customer service culture by greeting customers, offering assistance, and expressing gratitude. Handle customer relations challenges in line with company policy, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Uphold customer and patient confidentiality consistently. Qualifications: Required Skills: Strong reasoning, analytical, and computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in retail settings is beneficial. Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory. Work Hours: This is a part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 20.
