Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in a dynamic school setting for the remainder of the school year. This role involves managing an elementary caseload and providing speech therapy services across 2-3 school sites on an itinerant basis in Springfield, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Manage scheduling and service delivery efficiently across multiple school locations.
Qualifications:
- Valid State of Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage an itinerant caseload.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Location:
- Springfield, Illinois (Itinerant role covering multiple elementary schools within the district).
This position is scheduled for the remainder of the current school year with the potential for renewal into the next school year.
