A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential support within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is based onsite in Springfield, MA, and includes participation in the Extended School Year (ESY) program, offering continuity of care and therapy throughout the summer months.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing individualized speech and language therapy services for students across all grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role requires collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and academic success for students with speech and language challenges.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings
- Ability to deliver services onsite and participate in ESY programs
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and communication
