Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20262027 school year, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This role is ideal for professionals with experience working in pediatric and early childhood settings, especially within elementary schools. Candidates will support a diverse caseload that ranges from moderate to profound speech and language needs, tailored based on the candidates expertise and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support services to students across K12 grades
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) with measurable goals to address students communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance with regulatory standards
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support language development and communication skills in a school environment
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within early childhood and elementary school settings
- Skilled in working with a range of speech and language disorders including moderate to profound cases
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in an educational team environment
- Flexibility to adjust caseload based on student needs and professional expertise
