Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to customers to verify loan requests and confirm submitted information Ask clear, professional questions to validate customer intent and identify potential discrepancies or fraud Accurately document interactions and verification outcomes in internal systems Manage a high volume of daily customer interactions while meeting quality and productivity standards Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries related to loan verification status Escalate suspicious or incomplete requests to the appropriate internal teams Adhere to established compliance and data privacy guidelines at all times Compensation: $18/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. xywuqvp Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
