Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing client requests including billing, policy changes, and claims support.

Who You Are:

Currently Licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health a plus).
Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience (or equivalent platform proficiency).
Confident using State Farm systems to service policies accurately and efficiently.
Service-driven with a consultative, sales-minded approach to client care.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication and follow-up.
