We're seeking a motivated Customer Success & Sales Representative to join our team-someone who excels in building trust and wants to maximize their potential in a thriving, sales-driven environment. What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer support while identifying in-book sales opportunities to offer additional insurance products.

Stay organized and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, identifying future sales opportunities based on client needs.
Collaborate with our licensed team to provide a seamless, consultative experience that leads to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

Licensing Requirement:
You'll need a Property & Casualty insurance license for this role. If you're not currently licensed, we'll support you in obtaining it within a specified timeframe. Employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining the license.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
